安竣股份有限公司自 1975 年創立以來，憑藉近 50 年的專業機械知識與實戰經驗，致力於為全台灣提供高品質的 挖土機、山貓及各類建設機械 買賣與售後維修服務。

企業發展與願景

安竣股份有限公司成立於七十二年二月二十八日，地址位於高雄市大同一路，專營建設機械工業設備、維修工具、橡膠管件及重機零配件，於七十四年成立維修廠位於高楠公路，經過二十餘年的業務成長，於九十三年遷移至現址：高雄市大社區和平路2段223號，佔地2500坪，並設立重機維修廠及橡膠加工廠，辦公室面積150坪，提供客戶最佳服務。

安竣股份有限公司經營機械設備業已多年，擁有專精的機械知識，有感於青少年機械知識嚴重不足，特於九十四年籌組台糖賽車場，藉由簡易及青少年有興趣的汽車做管道，教導國人基本原理及駕駛技巧，以期對社會有所貢獻。

企業經營實績

1975年 安竣股份有限公司創立於1975年。
1981年 安竣股份有限公司並於1981年從事美國CASE建設機械及VIBROMAX業務。
1986年 安竣股份有限公司於Nan Tzu(楠梓)設立服務中心。
1997年 安竣股份有限公司在1997年設立進口營業部。
2004年 為擴展業務，安竣結合了辦公處所和服務中心，於2004年間搬入位於大社的新大樓。
2005年 於2005年十月中，本公司成立了GO Kart賽車部門。
2006年 代理英國JCB公司全列產品，各種營建機具齊全。
2009年 在全省各地設立展售中心，提供客戶全面服務。
2014年 擴展機具陳設區佔地2500坪。
2020年 於烏日成立台中辦公室

1. Anjoint&Company Ltd was established in 1975.

2. Anjoint&Company Ltd engaged in CASE&VIBROMAX business in 1981.

3. Anjoint&Company Ltd established Service Center in Nan Tzu in 1986.

4. Anjoint&Company Ltd set up the import division in 1997.

5. In order to extend the business, Anjoint combined Office and Service Center to move to the new builiding in TA SHE in 2004.

6. Anjoint&Company Ltd established Kart Racing Division in 2005.

7. Anjoint&Company Ltd became the agent for JCBamford Excavators Ltd in 2006 and import the complete series of products and construction machines.

8. In 2009, Anjoint established sales centers in many cities in Taiwan and provide customers with full service.

9. In 2014, Anjoint enlarged the machines exhibition area which is about 8264 Square Feet.

10. Anjoint&Company Ltd established Taichung office in Uri in 2020.
